Santa Fe Warp

Hint Serve with a chunky guacamole.

Ingredients Amount
UNCLE BEN'S Red Beans & Rice, cooked 18 cups
Pork loin, grilled, sliced 36 oz.
UNCLE BEN'S Southwestern Sauce 9 cups
Scallion, sliced 2½ cups
Red pepper, sliced 4½ cups
Romaine lettuce, chopped 18 cups
Flour tortilla, 12" 18 each
Directions
1. To make the wrap filling, combine the first 6 ingredients. Mix well.
2. For each serving, grill 1 tortilla. Spread 2¾ cups of filling evenly on tortilla. Roll tightly.
